Add water and salt into the machine and close the lid.

Set up machine by plugging in.

Press the ‘Start’ button and wait for Green light signal.

After the light turns green, add the seafood.

Open the lid and the seafood is ready to be cooked.

Close the lid and press Start to initiate. The light will shift from green to red while working and return to green once complete.

Product  Details

The Fish Stunner works by passing a mild electric current through a saltwater bath holding the seafood that is to be processed. The electric current rapidly renders the produce unconscious before it is painlessly slaughtered, and it takes just one to two minutes to convert live produce into clean, fresh, hygienic ingredients that your customers will love.

Able to stun up to 30 kilogram of seafood that can be processed at a time, and the entire procedure takes just 5 minutes.
